A review by George Ingram
Monday, December 6th, 2004All Scotch-Irish descendants, Alexander or other, must read “A Documentary of Scotch-Irish Alexander Family History; The People, Places and Events; Before 4000 B.C. to 2002 A.D.” by Dr. Sarah Alexander-Culton. I personally read it, cover to cover, before putting it down. A second, more careful, reading yielded even greater discovery.
As a serious family historian, I was amazed. As an Alexander descendant, I was enthralled. If one has ever feared discovering a lineage to Noah and finding yourself unrelated, this excellent work will put that fear to rest.
This book is well documented, and easy to read and understand. It has become a welcome treasure in my personal library. Additionally, Sarah unselfishly provided me with information linking my descent to this Alexander family.
